01. Relationship Foundations
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Paket Kalori website and our meal kit service. Updated on April 10, 2026, this agreement is a binding contract between you and Paket Kalori, located at Jl. Diponegoro No. 11, Denpasar.
By accessing our platform or engaging in our diet menu with delivery services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our digital platform and physical delivery services.
Order Healthy Meals: The Process
Every calorie-controlled set meal is prepared specifically to the schedule confirmed during your checkout process. We prioritize freshness and precise caloric counts defined in our balanced daily menu.
- Orders must be placed before 16:00 for next-day delivery.
- Changes to delivery addresses must be communicated via our support line 24 hours in advance.
Subscriptions & Billing
Our healthy meal delivery subscriptions are pre-paid. We utilize secure payment gateways for all transactions on paketkalori.id.
Cancellations for a full refund are only possible within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided the preparation cycle for your meal kit service hasn't commenced.

Nutritional Accuracy
While we strive for absolute accuracy in our calorie-controlled set meals, slight variations (±5%) in nutritional data may occur due to seasonal ingredient changes and artisanal preparation methods.
Client Wellness
Our services are designed for health promotion. Our dietary plans are not medical interventions. Clients with specific medical histories or severe allergies must consult a physician before using our meal kit service.
Intellectual Property
All recipes, visual identity, and proprietary software logic displayed on paketkalori.id are the exclusive property of Paket Kalori. Unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.
Delivery Protocol & Liability
Upon delivery of our healthy meal delivery packages, risk of loss or spoilage transfers to the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a recipient is available or a safe cooler box is provided at the designated Denpasar address. We are not liable for spoilage resulting from unattended packages left for more than 45 minutes past the signed delivery window.
Termination of Use
Paket Kalori reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any account that displays abusive behavior toward our couriers, staff, or violates the payment terms outlined in this agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Denpasar District Court.
